Tasting notes
Original Tasting Notes (2002):Intertwining aromas and flavours evoke citrus, apple, pear, spices and melon. Concentrated and mouth filing, yet acid backbone for maturing. Complexity that will continue to grow in the cellar.
Current Tasting Notes (2014):
Beautiful nose of dried apple and pineapple cubes, buttery, mealy, “white clover honey on Vogels”. On the palate, the wine feels smooth with a great acidity backbone that support the bready, crisp walnuts, caramel and vanilla flavours. The finish is nicely dry and offers a great length.
