This wine was produced from fruit grown in the Moutere Hills which underwent partial destemming followed by soaking overnight on the skins to enhance the textures of the wine.
The juice was gently pressed under inert gas conditions, fermented with traditional yeast sourced from Alsace and aged on lees in stainless steel tanks.
