Tasting notes
Original Tasting Notes (2003):Masses of cherry and red plum flavours, ripe sweet fruit with hints of mocha and spice. Elegant toasty oak characters add structure and complexity in balance with the fruit. Silky texture with a long, generous finish.
Current Tasting Notes (2014):
Still loads of cherries, kirsch, Christmas spices and savoury notes on the nose. The palate is vivid with a great acid backbone balanced with rich, fine tannins.
